We are offering a new and exciting workshop focusing on the movement of energy through our Chakras and Physical bodies with Yoga. No experience necessary.

About the event
This workshop is offering you the opportunity to:
✨ Learn more about your Energy bodies (Aura) and Energy Centres (Chakras) and energy anatomy
✨ Learn & practice some easy and highly beneficial Yoga Postures, Mudras and Mantras.
✨ Develop an understanding of how to use crystals in your yoga practice
✨ Sound healing and guided meditations
✨ Connect with your chakras, nourish, strengthen and balance them
and re-energise your self
✨ Finish with a restorative yoga nidra (rest) meditation - as a way to release Samskars (old belief patterns)
The workshop also includes:
✨ take home notes
✨ practical skills to enable you to incorporate this into your everyday life
